TSDEECET.CGG.GOV.IN User Guide: DSE Telangana has given the first DEECET-2015 notification on 1st July, 2015 for Admission into D.Ed course for the academic years 2015-2017 in TS Govt. DIETs and Private D.Ed Colleges in the State and DSE Officials invites the online applications from the eligible candidates. So, Candidates should read DEECET 2015 Information Bulletin carefully and they should satisfy the eligibility criteria. The Students can apply for DEECET 2015 through online mode only and this entrance test to be held on Sunday, 09.08.2015. So, Online applications will be received for Category-A seats (Convener Quota) only through ‘ONLINE’ DEECET website http://tsdeecet.cgg.gov.in from
09.07.2015 to 21-07-2015. Here, we are providing the procedure for applying online.
Procedure For Applying Online:
1. Read the Information Bulletin:
The candidates shall first download the
‘Information Bulletin’ free of cost from the TS DEECET / DIETCET website http://tsdeecet.cgg.gov.in and go through it carefully and satisfy their
eligibility criteria for appearing for TS DEECET-2015.
2. How to Get Journal Number:
The candidate after satisfying herself/himself about the eligibility criteria for
TS DEECET 2015 shall pay a fee of Rs.200.00 through APONLINE/TS Onine or e-Seva
from 08-07-2015 to 20-07-2015 for submission of application through Online. At the APONLINE/TSONLINE or e-Seva Centres, the candidate has to give the required preliminary data i.e.
1. Name of the candidate,
2. Date of birth (SSC Certificate),
3. Gender,
4. whether the candidate belongs to TS or AP and
5. cell phone number.
On receipt of fee at APONLINE/TSONLINE or e-Seva the candidate shall be issued a
‘Journal Number’ with which she/he can proceed with submission of application through online. Issue of Journal Number does not mean that the candidate has completed submission of application online. It is only a confirmation of the fee received.
3. Ready with Photograph:
The candidates shall follow the procedure of submission of online application as given in the ‘Information Bulletin’ and also as per the instructions provided online while filling up the online application form. The Candidate should be ready with photograph of size 3.5X3.5cms before filling in on-line application.’
4. Scan the Photograph and Signature:
Paste the photograph on a white paper and sign below (sign in Black Ink only). Look for the sample given in information bulletin. Ensure that the signature is within the box. Scan the required size containing the photograph and signature.
5. Follow the steps for filling online application form:

a) Go to
http://www.tsdeecet.cgg.gov.in/
b) Click on Application Form.
c) Click on the dialogue box (i.e.,
WELCOME TO TS DEECET 2015 ONLINE APPLICATION FORM)
d) Confirm the next dialogue box (i.e., Fields marked with ‘*’ are compulsory)
e) Enter your Journal Number issued by APONLINE/TSONLINE or e-Seva, the date of payment of fees and Date of birth.
f) At the field ‘
Attach your latest photograph' Click on Browse button and attach your photograph and your signature stored on the local machine.
g) Tick the declaration and enter the verification code.
h) Press
Upload
i) The application will be opened.
j) Once Check your photo: When the application form is opened check if the photo is of required size, clear and is of the same candidate of whom the details are to be filled in the application. If the photo is smaller in size, not clear or does not belong to the candidate press 'BACK' button below the photograph on the application form and restart with scanning of the photograph.
k) Confirm that the photograph is yours and that it is as per the given specifications.
l) Fill in the application form as per the instructions given in the User Guide and Information Bulletin and those offered while filling the Online Application Form.
m) After filling all the details press
PREVIEW button. This will display the details submitted by you
n) If you find all the details correct press
SUBMIT other wise press
EDIT and
resubmit the information.
o) Please Keep Reference ID: On submission of application form online the candidate shall be given
Reference ID Number which should be kept carefully for any kind of future correspondence. Submission of application can be considered to have been completed only on receiving reference ID number.
p) Please Store the Printed Application Form: On completion of submission, the candidates shall take a printout of the application and store it for future use. Candidates should not post the printout of the application to DEECET office.

Instructions
1. In any case applications will not be received in any kind of manual form.
2. Candidates can download their Hall Tickets from the website at http://tsdeetcet.cgg.gov.in from 30-07-2015. In case any candidate could not download the Hall ticket she/he should contact the DEECET O/o. Director of School Education, Saifabad, Hyderabad - 04 between 10.30 AM to 5.00 PM on all working days between 30-07-2015 to 08-08-2015 in person only giving details of the journal number of the fee paid, reference number of the application submitted, a copy of the printout of the Application form and one photograph (as pasted on the application form).
3. Request for issue of duplicate Hall Ticket will not be entertained after the examination in any case.
4. Step wise detailed instructions for filling online application are given in the ‘USER GUIDE’ available on the website http://tsdeecet.cgg.gov.in.
5. Request for change / correction can be made online at the complaint box on the website http://tsdeecet.cgg.gov.in. Candidates will be given opportunity to submit their complaints regarding online application only twice.
6. Fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
7. It is to be noted that if a candidate has been allowed to appear in the DEECET it does not imply that the candidates' eligibility has been verified. However qualifying the DEECET would not confer a right on any person for admission. The eligibility shall be, finally, verified by the Convenor at the time of counseling for admissions if provisionally selected.
8. Furnishing of false, wrong or inaccurate information leads to cancellation of the test result and even prosecution in appropriate cases.
9. No request for re-checking, re-assessment, re-evaluation or scrutiny of OMR answer-sheets will be entertained.
